bullet T. H. (Ted) Brady President

Ted Brady has been in the electrical construction business since 1982 and oversees company operations. His primary responsibility is negotiating and managing design/build services.

Ted took construction management courses at both West Virginia University Institute of Technology and West Virginia State College. He has completed numerous project management, estimating, and electrical construction classes and has served on various construction committees on the national, state, and local level. He is Progressive Electric's corporate representative for the National Electrical Contractors Association, and the Kanawha Valley Builders Association.

bullet George (Hamm) Gresham Vice President

Hamm Gresham has been an electrician and contractor since 1975. His primary responsibility is managing Progressive Electric's communication division, Fiber Optics of West Virginia. He is also responsible for the management of industrial projects, and general oversight of all field personnel.

Hamm started as an apprentice electrician, and was a General Foreman for key projects before becoming a Vice President. He has completed classes in Advanced Electrical Foreman, Project Management, and has completed a variety of telecommunications classes.

bullet Duane A. Shurow Vice President

Duane Shurow has been with Progressive Electric since 1986. His primary responsibility is managing the estimating department and management of commercial projects. He also has general oversight of the service department.

Duane completed two years of the Architectural Technology program at Northampton County Area Community College, has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from West Virginia State College and a Master in Business Administration from the West Virginia Graduate College. He has completed classes in Advanced Estimating, Advanced Project Management, and has completed a variety of service department related courses.

bullet Randy Rhodes Service Manager

Randy Rhodes has been in the electrical trade since 1978. He is responsible for managing and directing the service department. He also serves as a project manager for commercial projects.

Randy started out as an apprentice electrician, and was Progressive Electric's lead service electrician before becoming Service Manager in 1995. He has completed classes in Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting, Effective Foremanship, Estimating and Project Management.

bullet Brian Thomas Project Manager

Brian Thomas started in the design/construction business in 1994. He is responsible for directing, controlling, and managing key projects throughout West Virginia.

Brian has received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology. He has experience in electrical design and project management.

bullet Lisa Ledsome Office Manager

Lisa Ledsome has been with Progressive Electric since 1988. She oversees the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivables. She also serves as contract administrator for various customers.

Lisa has completed business and accounting classes at West Virginia State College and served as Progressive Electric's Administrative Assistant before becoming the Office Manager in 1996. She has completed courses in contract administration and electrical construction accounting.

bullet Floyd C. Totten Warehouse Manager

Floyd Totten has been in the material & tool handling area since 1988. He is in charge of all warehouse operations, including materials and tool handling, purchasing, and fleet operations.

Floyd has extensive experience in the material and tool handling industry. He has served in a variety of warehouse positions before becoming Warehouse Manager in 1997.
